“Domestic Angels launch new, flexible franchise opportunity”

Samantha Acton, founder and owner of Southbourne based Domestic Angels is launching an exciting franchising opportunity, offering would-be business owners the unique opportunity to buy in to thewell-established and respected brand that is Domestic Angels.

Award-winning entrepreneur Samantha, who has run her successful home-based business since 2002, has grown the domestic cleaning company from just a handful of clients in the early days to a thriving business which now uses the services of some 20 staff, supports 138 clients and provides approximately 1,000 hours of services every month to their happy customers.

The opportunity

Commenting on the new franchise opportunity Samantha advised, “I am thrilled to be taking Domestic Angels on to this new platform. As the founder of the Company I did exactly what new franchisees might be doing – setting up a business around my family, working from home and putting in the hours to suit me and my changing needs as my family grew. The franchise will allow others to grow their own business without the pain of establishing a brand or comprehensive processes required to run an effective business in the 21st century.”

What do we do?

Domestic Angels is a domestic cleaning business which offers a variety of services in the home, from regular housework through to intensive spring-cleans. The company, which has the proud boast to be ‘more than just a cleaning company,’ also offers an element of home-help for elderly clients who require that little extra bit of support in the home. The Company’s ‘Angels’ will make daily visits, as appropriate, and be on hand to provide support and care to make life both easier and also more sociable for the client.

Expertise and experience

Samantha, who has been planning the launch of her franchise for several months, has worked closely with key advisors to enable her to now be in a position to launch the opportunity to potential franchisees. These advisors have included Richard Holden, Head of Franchising at the Lloyds Banking Group, Dormen business mentor Martin Spooner who has a wealth of experience in investing in businesses and business growth and Kim Rawson, a highly respected high performance mentor and company chairman.

Domestic Angels Franchise vision

Continuing Samantha added, “Our vision is to make Domestic Angels the No.1 regional franchise for domestic cleaning. We have worked really hard to create an incredibly attractive and affordable franchise package which we are confident will have significant appeal to potential business owners. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to own their own business and would urge anyone who has an interest or any questions to get in touch for a discussion to learn more. Potential franchisees, at this launch stage, might be based in the areas surrounding the Bournemouth and Poole conurbations such as the Purbecks, Wimborne or the New Forest.”

Samantha concluded, “We are looking for potential franchisees whose work ethic, vision and values match those of Domestic Angels – values that are based on family, community, trust and professionalism.”
